As a young man in 1899, John Fairweather went on a cycling trip to Rouen, Lisieux and Caen in Northern France and his sketch book contains numerous architectural drawings.
The sketch book contains 20 drawings and is now in the safe keeping of The Mitchell Library, Glasgow.
